CMS student wins first prize in instrumental music competition

Lucknow, October 10 : Garvita Mishra, a talented Class XII student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I won the first prize in an Inter-school Instrumental Music Competition bringing laurels for the instution. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that the competition was organized by the Mount Carmel College in which students of several reputed schools of city participated and showcased their talents. Garvita of CMS Aliganj Campus I mesmerized everyone with her outstanding skills and musical knowledge on tabla. Judges of the event awarded certificate to this gem of CMS for her outstanding talents. Mr Sharma informed that CMS imparts material, social and divine education to its students and also develops their taste for cultural and literary activities as well besides encouraging them according to their capability. This helps CMS students to top academically and also make their presence felt in song, music, dance, literature and art.
