CMS students dominate in taekwondo winning gold and silver medals

Lucknow, July 15 : Talented students of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I namely Alia and Aarna Kumari brought laurels to the institution by winning gold and silver medals respectively in the State Taekwondo Championship-2024. This championship was organized under the aegis of the Uttar Pradesh Taekwondo Association at K D Singh Babu Stadium. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna informed that students of various noted schools of Lucknow participated in this championship wherein amidst tough competition, these talented students of CMS displayed tremendous stamina and skills and earned gold and silver medals proving their talents and accomplishment in the martial art, taekwondo and bringing Lucknow on the forefront at national and international level. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon wished a bright future for these talented CMS gems.

            Mr Khanna informed that excellence at CMS is not just limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark in sports, music, dance, and various other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting holistic education to its students, which contributes to their all-round development.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets.
