carefully, showing great eagerness to watch them grow. Mr Khanna said that the
problem of pollution and environmental degradation is not limited to any one
nation. It transcends the boundaries and calls for a concerted effort of all
the nations. We must all be conscious of saving the earth from the gnarls of
environmental pollution and check global warming and climate change. The future
generation must inherit a green and clean earth. The present generation must
receive education of the environment and take practical measures to prevent the
problem from accelerating any further. In this way, the younger generation
becomes environmentally conscious and takes the lead to take up new and useful
projects with renewed zeal and vigour.
