US university offers US$ 40,000 scholarship to CMS student
Lucknow, May 7 : Arjun Singh Chauhan, a brilliant student of
City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II has been offered admission with a
scholarship of US$ 40,000 by the Western Michigan State University of USA, for
pursuing higher studies there. This scholarship has been offered to him for the
entire study period of four years. Apart from this, State University of New
York and Missouri State University of USA have also invited him to take
admission for pursuing higher studies. Thus, yet another talented student of
CMS made it to esteemed foreign universities owing to his diligence, aptitude
and knowledge, and earned kudos for the institution.
Chief Public
Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that till date this year, 78 CMS students have been offered
admission in many of the top universities of USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan,
Singapore, Germany etc., the majority of them on scholarship. He further stated
that CMS makes consistent efforts to expand students' horizons and provide them
opportunities facilitating their study in top institutions of higher education
both in India and abroad. CMS is the only SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) exam
test center in Uttar Pradesh, which enables students of U.P. and other
surrounding states to apply for higher studies in the best universities abroad
on generous scholarships. Prior to this, students of UP who wished to study
abroad had to go to Delhi to find a SAT exam centre.
