Online summer camp for students to commence in CMS from 18th May

Lucknow, 15 May : Free of charge, online summer camps for CMS students will commence in all campuses of City Montessori School from 18th May to help them utilize their time properly during lockdown and enjoy learning with fun activities. This information was given by Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer, City Montessori School.
               Mr Sharma informed that the online summer camps will have activities like music, reading, art & craft, dance, PT and aerobics for children. CMS teachers will specially organise these free-of-charge online camps for CMS students during the summer vacations for the benefit of children. The online summer camps will be held till 10th June.
               The objective of organising online summer camps is to keep the children engaged with fun activities which boost their physical fitness and also impart skills in a fun way, specially in these difficult times when the prolonged lockdown is having adverse affects on the physical and mental condition of children.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
