Provisional admission for class XI students of CMS begins online

Lucknow, 4 May : City Montessori School has opened online provisional admission for its class XI students. The Class X CMS students who are taking their board examination and waiting for the remaining papers to be done, can get provisional admission in class XI on the basis of the marks obtained by them in their first pre board examination. These students can fill their provisional Admission Form online at CMS website www.cmseducation.org and after the admission they can attend online classes of class XI from Monday, 11th May to 31st May 2020. Once the ICSE board result is declared their admission will be confirmed as per their results. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS.
               Mr Sharma informed that in CMS online classes are running for all the classes during the lockdown period. He further said that online classes for Pre-primary, primary and junior sections will run till May 16 whereas online classes of IX-XII will continue till May 31. It is mandatory for the students to be in the school uniform while attending online classes, said Mr Sharma. During the lockdown period CMS, in assistance with Google Classroom, Google Meet, Google hangouts, Zoom App and whatsapp, is teaching it's students online.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
