CMS student wins Gold in Karate Championship

Lucknow, February 13: Anshivi Arora, a talented Class 2 student from the Cambridge Section of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I, has brought laurels to the institution by winning a gold medal in the 4th World Modern Shotokan Karate Cup 2025. The championship was organized under the joint aegis of the World Modern Shotokan Karate Federation and the World Modern Shotokan Karate Federation, Uttar Pradesh. This information was shared by Mr. Rishi Khanna, Head Communications, CMS. Mr. Khanna informed that top student athletes from various prestigious schools participated in this championship and showcased their karate skills. Despite tough competition, Anshivi demonstrated outstanding athletic ability, agility, skill, and strength to secure the gold medal, signaling her potential to make a mark at the national and international levels. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon congratulated Anshivi and wished her a bright future.

            Mr. Khanna added that CMS students excel not only in academics but also in sports and various other fields, bringing recognition to the school at both national and international levels.
