CMS student wins first prize in shooting competition

Lucknow, June 8 : Sundaram Singh, a talented student of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in zonal level inter-school shooting competition organized by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). Sundaram bagged the first prize in 10 metre Peep Sight Air Rifle Shooting competition. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna stated that Sundaram showed exemplary talent, technical knowledge, concentrated effort and trigger control skills in the shooting competition and won the first prize. He showed great promise and potential to make his mark at the national and international level. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon was extremely happy with this achievement of Sundaram and wished him a bright future ahead.

        Mr Khanna informed that excellence at CMS is not limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, and various other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting holistic education to its students which contributes in their all-round development.
