Tanvi Singh of CMS selected in seven universities of England and Australia


 

Lucknow, 9 January : Seven high ranking universities of England and Australia have offered admission to Tanvi Singh, a student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I, for pursuing higher education. These universities are - University of Sydney, Macquarie University and Griffith University of Australia and University of Leeds, University of Sussex, Queen Mary University of London and SOAS University of London in England. Thus, a bright, young CMS student has made Lucknow proud with her academic talent. Tanvi has credited this success to the excellent CMS teachers and the conducive study environment of the school. CMS President, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon congratulated Tanvi and wished her success in all future endeavours. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma added that CMS is also a SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) Exam Test Center, which enables students of U.P. and other neighbouring states to apply for higher studies in the best universities abroad on generous scholarships.

            Mr Sharma further informed that last year, in 2023, over 100 CMS students had secured admissions with handsome scholarships in some of the best universities of USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Germany like Cambridge University, California Institute of Technology (CalTech), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University, Cornell University, Melbourne University, National University of Singapore etc., bringing fame to the city. He expressed confidence that this year also, a record number of CMS students are making Lucknow proud by getting selected with scholarships in the best universities abroad.
