Agrima Rastogi of CMS secures All India 4th Rank in Indian Statistical Service

Lucknow, January 27 : Meritorious student of City Montessori School, Agrima Rastogi has been selected on  4th Rank in the All India Statistical Services (ISS) bringing laurels to the city of Lucknow. The Examination is organized by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that Agrima gives full credit for her success to her parents, teachers and the peaceful atmosphere CMS that is extremely conducive to study.  Mr Sharma further stated that the Indian Statistical Service is a Central Government Service like other civil service examinations, where the candidates are selected through the UPSC Exam. It is a highly competitive exam and it requires a lot of skill and intelligence as the competition is tough.  CMS President and MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon congratulated the bright student and wished her a successful innings ahead.

            Mr Sharma further said that Agrima studied at CMS right from the KG class to Class XII at CMS Chowk Campus. She secured 87% in ICSE and 94% in ISC Board Exams. After this she enrolled for graduation in Lucknow University and thereafter for MSc in statistics in Lucknow University. Speaking about her selection in ISS, she is full of praise and gratitude for her Alma Mater, CMS. She developed a penchant for administration in school when she was appointed Captain of Unity House and participated in Quanta International Science Youth Festival and other CMS programmes. Her teachers not only coached her in their subjects but also developed human values and life-building traits in her personality. She is self-made and her maxim is 'minimum books, maximum revision'. She always put in her best effort and came out with flying colours in all her exams. Agrima's father Mr Brijesh Kumar Rastogi is a businessman and her mother Mrs Minakshi Rastogi is a housewife and both the parents have been her inspiration.
