Government of India to award Rs 4 lakh scholarship each to seven CMS students


 

Lucknow, October 9 : Seven  students of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I have secured scholarship worth Rs. 4 Lacs each from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Those who are chosen for this scholarship include Aditya Vishnu Jhiwania, Anshika Shukla, Agrika Singh, Astha, Faheem Ahmad, Mohammad Kaif and Talib Ali. Each student will get the scholarship of Rs. 4 lakhs, amounting to a total of Rs. 28 lakhs to these seven mertorious students as scholarship. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma.  He added that these students have been offered this scholarship to pursue higher education in Science under which each student will receive Rs 80,000 per year for five years, a total of Rs. 4 lakh each. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi heartily congratulated these students and wished a bright career for them.

            Mr Sharma informed that these students have secured this prestigious scholarship by figuring in the top 1% merit list in the country based on their ISC (Class 12) percentage marks. They credit their parents, teachers, and the study environment in their school for their outstanding achievement.
