Government of India to award Rs 4 lakh scholarship each to 13 CMS students

Lucknow, October 3 : Thirteen students of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus have secured Rs 4 lakh scholarship each from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Thus, a total of Rs 52 lakhs scholarship will be awarded to these 13 students. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that the students of CMS Aliganj Campus I who have been chosen for this prestigious scholarship include Shubhanshu Mishra, Prakhar Saxena, Simran Singh, Kartikey Katiyar, Riddhi Jain, Shivangi Singh, Yash Mani Singh, Aditya Verma, Mudra Sharma, Rachit Jain, Pranjal Verma, Piyusha Singh and Shaurya Tripathi. These meritorious students credit their parents, teachers, and the study environment in their school for their outstanding achievement. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi heartily congratulated these students and wished a bright future for them.

        Mr Sharma further informed that these 13 students of CMS secured this prestigious scholarship by figuring in the top 1% merit list in the country based on their ISC (Class 12) percentage marks this year. These students have been offered this scholarship to pursue higher education in Sciences under which each student will receive Rs 80,000 per year for five years, thus a total of Rs. 4 lakh each.
