Deputy Chief Minister Mr Brajesh Pathak honours ICSE position holders

Lucknow, July 18 : Deputy Chief Minister of UP, Shri Brajesh Pathak honoured the All India ICSE toppers of City Montessori School, Lucknow at a special Honouring Ceremony held here today at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium. All India ICSE topper, first rank holder Kanishka Mittal of CMS Kanpur Road, who secured 99.80 marks in ICSE Board Exam-2022, was specially honoured and felicitated. Other rank holders included Archita Singh and Sariya Khan of CMS Mahanagar Campus, Raeena Kauser of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I and Kshitij Narayan of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II who secured 99.60% marks each on All India Rank 2 and Shagun Singh of CMS Kanpur Road Campus, Aditi of CMS Anand Nagar Campus and Amogh Anant of CMS Aliganj Campus I, who secured 99.40% marks each on All India Rank 3. Addressing the meritorious CMS students, Chief Guest, Mr Brajesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister of the state said that with their hardwork and commitment, they have not just raised the name of their parents, teachers and school but their achievement has brought glory to the city of Lucknow and for the entire state of UP.

        While apprising the media persons in detail about the outstanding and record breaking CMS results at a press conference held after the felicitation ceremony, Founder of CMS and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that this year a total of 3715 CMS students had sat in the ICSE (Class X) Board Examination, out of which 2314 students i.e. 62.3% secured between 90 to 99.80% marks while 202 students secured above 98% marks and as many as 1014 students secured 95% and above marks.

        Ahead of it, in the morning today, all the 2314 ICSE (Class X) Board Examination position holders of City Montessori School took out a grand 'Victory March' celebrating their stupendous success and scribed a new chapter for Lucknow while being a great inspiration for other students. The Victory March began from the Maqdoompur Police Station, Gomti Nagar Extension and reached the Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium. The 'Victory March' had the power to inspire all the young students with determination to become the next ones in the line of success.
