CMS student wins Gold in Dance competition

Lucknow, 13 November : Tanishq Bansal, a student of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road campus brought laurels to the institution by winning the Gold medal in the inter-school dance competition. She won gold with her extraordinary dance performance in the 12 to 15 year category in the District Dancesport Championship 2021. The competition was organized by Dancesport Association of Lucknow and saw the participation of students from various prestigious schools of the city. Amidst a tough competition, Tanishq won over the jury with her excellent dance performance and bagged the first prize. The Jury of the competition appreciated her talent immensely and awarded her with the Gold medal and a certificate. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Tanishq on her outstanding achievement and wished her success in all her future endeavours.

              CMS Chief Public Relations Officer, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that excellence at CMS is not limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, dance and various other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting a holistic education to its students, which contributes in their all-round development.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
