CMS students win gold medals

Lucknow, 4 August : Two talented students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II  namely Aryama Shukla and Arnav Pandey brought laurels to the institution by winning the gold medals in International Smart Kid GK Olympiad organized under the aegis of Silver Zone Foundation, New Delhi. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi blessed these this meritorious student and wished them a very bright future ahead. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that students of India and various other countries participated in this olympiad and amidst tough contest, these outstanding CMS students showcased their problem solving ability, logical and analytical thinking skills, knowledge and general awareness. Organizers of the Olympiad, while praising the talents of CMS students, rewarded them with gold medal and certificate.

            Mr Sharma said that CMS motivates and encourages its students, through creative and constructive competitions, to hone their talents and walk ahead in life, therefore, meritorious CMS students win prizes nationally and internationally and bring name and fame to state and country, said Mr Sharma.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
