CMS student becomes Civil Judge


 

Lucknow, May 2 : Deepti Chauhan, a student of City Montessori School, has brought laurels to the city by becoming a civil judge in Madhya Pradesh in her very first attempt. She achieved this feat by performing brilliantly in the final result of Madhya Pradesh PCS (J) examination which was recently declared by the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Deepti on her new responsibility and wished her success in all future endeavours. This information was given by Shri Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer, CMS. Shri Sharma stated that the entire CMS family is proud of Deepti’s achievement. City Montessori School is producing talented and capable personalities regularly. It is in this series that another CMS student, Deepti, has also brought laurels to the school by qualifying to be a civil judge.

            Deepti has credited her success to her parents, motivation and guidance by CMS teachers and the conducive study environment in school. In a conversation, Deepti said that she got the encouragement to pursue the judicial field after listening to the views of guest speakers when she was in twelfth class in her school. After that she got a lot of motivation and guidance from her teachers, she said. It was the result of this encouragement that I initially qualified in the CLAT examination, she continued. In her motivational message to the current crop of students, Deepti said that hard work and a ‘never say no’ attitude can fetch you the greatest of successes. Shri Sharma informed that Deepti received her formal education from class 1 to 12 from CMS Indira Nagar and Mahanagar campuses. She passed her ISC (Class 12) exams with a high percentage of marks and thereafter received the degrees of BBA and LLB in the year 2019 from the State Law University of Karnataka, Bangalore. Her father Shri Devendra Singh Chouhan is the Private Secretary to the Agriculture Production Commissioner, Government of Uttar Pradesh while her mother Smt. Neerja Chauhan is a senior journalist.
