CMS students grab two gold and two silver medals in taekwondo

Lucknow, March 4 : Talented students of City Montessori School, Ayodhya Road Campus, Rudransh Singh Negi and Aanya Chaudhary, have brought pride to their school by winning two gold medals and two silver medals at the National Open Kyorugi & Poomsae Taekwondo Championship. Both CMS students showcased their exceptional athletic skills by securing one gold medal and one silver medal each in this prestigious competition. The championship was organized under the joint aegis of the Uttar Pradesh Taekwondo Association and the Lucknow District Taekwondo Association at the Mini Indoor Stadium, Rajajipuram, Lucknow. This information was given by Mr. Rishi Khanna, Head, Communications, CMS. Mr Khanna further stated that several students from renowned schools in Lucknow participated in the championship. However, despite the tough competition, these talented CMS students demonstrated their agility, skill, and strength to clinch four medals, signaling their potential to make a mark at the national and international levels in the future. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon extended her best wishes to these young athletes for a bright future.

        Mr. Khanna further added that CMS students are excelling not only in academics but also in various sports and other fields, bringing recognition to the school at national and international levels.
