First death anniversary of CMS Founder, Dr. Jagdish Gandhi today
Lucknow, 21 January : On the occasion of
the first death anniversary of Founder of City Montessori School and an
inspiration to young generations, Dr. Jagdish Gandhi, a tribute ceremony
is being organized tomorrow on Wednesday, January 22 at the CMS Kanpur Road
auditorium. On this occasion, Shri Awanish Awasthi, IAS, Chief Advisor, Hon'ble
Chief Minister, UP, will unveil a grand statue of Dr. Jagdish Gandhi at the CMS
Kanpur Road Campus premises at 1.30 pm, dedicating his cherished memories and
inspiring personality to the masses. He will also release white doves,
spreading the message of unity and peace far and wide. This information was
given by Mr Rishi Khanna, Head, Communications, CMS. Mr. Khanna mentioned that
thousands of CMS teachers, parents, staff members, and numerous esteemed
citizens will gather at this event to pay homage to the noble soul. The Tribute
Ceremony will also witness the launch of the book titled "Shiksha Se Vishwa Shanti (Education for
World Peace) – Dr. Jagdish Gandhi," which is based on the life of Dr.
Jagdish Gandhi.
He
further added that Dr. Gandhi's life was truly extraordinary. He firmly
believed that "Every child is a light of the world" and made unparalleled
efforts to promote unity and peace across the globe through education. He
dedicated his entire life to nurturing future generations and shaping them into
ideal global citizens. His relentless efforts to establish values of quality
education, spiritual growth, and service to humanity will forever remain a
source of inspiration for all.
