Miami University, USA offers US$ 88,000 scholarship to CMS student

 

Lucknow, April 19 : Miami University, USA has offered US$ 88,000 scholarship to Areeb Zia Khan, a student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I,  for pursuing higher education. He will receive this scholarship for pursuing a four-year undergraduate course. This information has come from Shri Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that two other universities of USA and Hong Kong have also offered admission to him. Areeb has credited this success to his teachers at CMS and the educational environment in school. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated this meritorious student and wished him success in his future endeavours.

            Mr Sharma added that each year, a large number of CMS students are offered admission in top universities of the world. This year, till now, over 80 CMS students have secured admissions with handsome scholarships in some of the best universities of the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Germany like Cambridge University, California Institute of Technology (CalTech), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University, Cornell University, Melbourne University, National University of Singapore etc.    Mr Sharma further stated that CMS is the only SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) exam test center in Uttar Pradesh, which enables students of UP and other surrounding states to apply for higher studies in the best universities abroad on generous scholarships.
