Grand inauguration of new campus of CMS at Golf City

Lucknow, April 11 : The new campus of City Montessori School situated at the golf city was inaugurated in a grand manner here today. Children themselves inaugurated the new campus by cutting the ribbon in the presence of CMS founders Drs Jagdish and Bharti Gandhi. On this occasion, the little children who reached the school were accorded a grand welcome by the teachers with garlands with the brass band playing in the background. Children and their parents were overjoyed to receive this warm welcome and their enthusiasm reached new heights to see the spic and span, well-equipped school premises and decorated classrooms with state-of-the-art facilities.

            Expressing happiness, CMS founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that since past 63 years, CMS is engaged in holistic development of future generation. This new campus is another effort in this direction. Dr Gandhi further said that this new campus of CMS is the result of encouragement of parents and the intelligentsia of Lucknow. He expressed belief that in the divine environment filled with unity and peace in this campus, the future generation will get all round education and these children will further bring fame to Lucknow. CMS Founder Director, Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi said that this new campus will also be known for academic excellence just as other CMS campuses. Principal of CMS Golf City campus, Ms Reema Sethi said that this new campus will certainly justify the faith that the parents who send their children to CMS have entrusted in it.

            Guinness book of world records recognizes CMS as the world’s largest school by number of pupils and the school is also the recipient of UNESCO Prize for Peace Education and other prestigious awards received not just for imparting quality education but also for development of values and character.
