CMS student secures scholarship of US$ 88,000 for higher education


 

Lucknow, January 7 : Sohum Saraswat, a student of City Montessori School, Gomtinagar Campus I secured admission in the prestigious University of Arizona, USA for higher education with USS$ 88,000 scholarship, bringing laurels to the city. He will receive this scholarship for pursuing four-year undergraduate course in engineering from the American university. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Amish on his extraordinary achievement and wished him success in his future endeavours.

            Sohum has credited his teachers and the educational environment in school for his success. “I was ably guided by my school’s teachers and career counsellor because of which I was able to choose the right place for my further studies”.

            CMS Chief Public Relations Officer, Shri Hari Om Sharma informed that around 100 CMS students secured admissions with handsome scholarships in some of the best universities of USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Germany like Cambridge University, California Institute of Technology (CalTech), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University, Cornell University, University of Arizona, Melbourne University, National University of Singapore etc in the year 2021, bring fame to the city. He added that CMS is the only SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) exam test center in Uttar Pradesh, which enables students of U.P. and other surrounding states to apply for higher studies in the best universities abroad on generous scholarships.
